韌體／軟體 專案經理（Firmware / Software Project Manager）

一、工作內容（Job Responsibilities）

參與並推動 韌體（FW）／軟體（SW）專案 的規劃、執行與交付 追蹤專案 issue、風險、相依性（dependency）與進度，並推動問題結案 與 韌體、軟體、系統、測試、製造 等研發團隊進行跨部門協作 維護專案狀態資訊，包括進度、問題清單與行動項目 參與研發階段性審查（EVT／DVT／PVT／MP） 協助 韌體／軟體版本發行（release） 與專案交接 在主管或資深 PM 指導下，逐步承擔更高專案責任（ownership）

二、任職要求（Qualifications）

1 年以上 專案管理、研發支援或系統相關工作經驗 曾實際參與 研發型專案（韌體／軟體／系統／軟硬體整合皆可） 了解基本 韌體／軟體研發流程，願意深入工程細節 能主動追蹤問題、協調資源，並推動專案往前進行 能與研發團隊有效溝通，不迴避技術性議題 具備良好的英文溝通能力，英文流利，可用於日常工作溝通及跨區／跨國專案協作 具備責任感，對專案成果負責（ownership 意識）
