岗位职责

1、负责公司机械生产类文件管控工作,统筹管理图纸、BOM清单、工艺文件、作业指导书、检验标准等技术资料,严格执行文件受控流程,做好文件编制、审核、发放、变更、回收、作废、归档全流程管控,确保生产现场使用文件为最新有效版本。
2、对接研发、工程、生产、品质部门,及时接收更新后的技术文件与体系文件,同步更新台账,规范电子档与纸质档分类存档,杜绝过期文件、无效文件在产线流通,保障生产、检验、作业标准统一、准确可追溯。
3、负责公司ISO体系文件、管理制度、流程文件的维护与管控,配合体系审核、客户验厂、内部稽查工作,整理归档各类审核资料,协助完成年度体系维护与更新工作。
4、负责生产过程各类报表、改善报告、工艺变更单、工程变更单的收集、整理、归档与台账更新,保证资料完整、分类清晰、查询便捷。
5、负责外部图纸、客户资料、供应商技术资料的接收、登记、保密管控与分发工作,严格执行资料保密制度,杜绝技术资料外泄。
6、定期对文件库房、电子文档库进行整理盘点,优化文件管理规范,协助部门完善文控标准化流程,提升文件管理效率。

任职要求

1、中专及以上学历,熟悉机械制造、工厂文控工作优先,有无经验均可,可培养优秀应届生。
2、熟练使用Office办公软件,能够熟练制作台账、整理文档、统一文件格式,具备基础图纸、工艺文件识别能力。
3、了解制造业DCC文控流程、ISO体系基础、工程文件变更管控流程者优先。
4、做事细心严谨、条理清晰、责任心强,具备良好的保密意识、执行力和沟通能力,能稳定、细致完成日常资料管控工作。
5、服从工作安排,适应工厂办公节奏,有机械、五金、自动化行业文控经验者优先录用。
