学历与专业背景:

全日制本科及以上学历，理工科背景，首选机械工程、热能工程、暖通空调、流体力学或工程造价（机电方向）等相关专业。

工作经验：

液冷产品涉及复杂的流体与热交换设计，报价工程师必须具备“懂技术才能核准价格”的能力。具备3-5年以上机电行业、数据中心基础设施或散热热管理领域的采购/成本经验。有液冷系统（冷板式、浸没式）、精密钣金、泵阀或换热器行业经验者优先。熟悉液冷头部企业（如相关散热大厂）供应链体系。

专业技能要求及工作内容：

核心部件工艺：深入了解CDU、分水器（Manifold）、机柜的制造工艺。例如：熟悉搅拌摩擦焊（FSW）、真空钎焊、扩散焊等液冷核心焊接工艺的成本构成；了解钣金折弯、压铸件、粉末冶金等加工成本。 关键元器件：熟悉液冷系统中的高价值器件（如屏蔽泵、换热器、快速接头QD、膨胀罐、各类传感器）的品牌梯队、市场行情及成本逻辑。 材料知识：掌握冷却液（如乙二醇水溶液、氟化液）的特性，以及铜、铝、不锈钢等材料的市场价格波动对成本的影响。 成本建模与核算能力：能够独立进行Should-cost（应付成本）模型搭建，精准核算直接材料、加工工时、设备折旧、能耗及合理利润。 图纸审核：能看懂复杂的2D/3D机械图纸（熟练使用AutoCAD、SolidWorks、ProE/Creo、UG等软件），根据图纸的公差要求（GD&T）、表面处理工艺来评估加工难度和良率风险。 行业标准：了解数据中心液冷相关的行业标准（如OCP液冷标准、T/CECS 1722-2024等），确保采购的产品符合规范。 供应链与商务能力：具备全球视野，能发掘并对供应商进行技术审计。具备一定的议价能力和谈判技巧，能主导降本策略。 跨部门协同：需要频繁与研发（R&D）、设计工程师、项目经理对接，能够准确理解技术需求并转化为采购标准。 数据敏感度：熟练使用Excel及SRM系统，能通过数据分析原材料趋势（如铜价、铝价）来预判成本走势。 抗压与解决问题：液冷行业处于AI算力爆发期，需求变化快，需要具备在高压下快速解决供应链缺料、质量异常及成本突发问题的能力。
