岗位职责
1、负责公司各类非标自动化设备的整体开发工作，包含方案设计、结构规划、整机选型与可行性评估，根据生产工艺及内部需求定制设备开发方案，输出完整的设备设计方案、BOM清单、装配图纸等技术资料。
2、主导非标设备整机结构、传动系统、工装夹具的设计与优化，完成设备三维建模、二维出图，严格把控设备结构合理性、稳定性及生产实用性，降低设备故障率与制作成本。
3、跟进设备加工、组装、调试全过程，负责设备装配指导、整机调试、性能测试，及时解决设备加工及调试过程中的结构、装配、运行异常问题，确保设备按期完成交付、顺利投产使用。
4、负责新设备试产验证、参数优化及迭代升级，根据生产使用反馈、工艺升级需求，对现有非标设备进行改良优化，提升设备运行稳定性、自动化程度及生产效率。
5、整理汇总设备开发技术文档、调试记录、维护手册，建立标准化设备技术档案；配合生产、售后团队提供技术支持，解答设备使用、维护相关技术问题。
6、跟进行业自动化新技术、新结构，结合公司生产需求优化设备开发思路，持续提升公司非标设备的自动化、智能化水平。
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化、自动化等相关专业，1年及以上非标自动化设备独立开发、设计经验，熟悉自动化产线、工装设备开发者优先。
2、熟练使用SolidWorks、CAD等设计软件，能够独立完成非标设备方案设计、结构建模、图纸绘制及BOM制作，熟悉机械传动、气动、液压、伺服控制等常用结构原理。
3、熟悉非标设备加工工艺、装配流程及调试方法，擅长排查设备机械结构、运行故障，具备独立解决现场技术问题的能力。
4、了解自动化设备常用元器件选型标准，熟悉设备成本核算、开发流程，具备良好的方案规划和落地能力。
5、工作严谨负责、思维清晰，具备较强的自主研发能力、创新意识和抗压能力，沟通协作能力良好，能独立推进设备开发项目落地。
