工作内容

1. 调研行业先进工艺技术，结合公司产品需求，开发新的生产工艺、改进现有工艺；

2. 开展工艺试验，验证工艺可行性，优化工艺参数，提升产品性能、降低生产成本；

3. 编写工艺开发报告、作业指导书等技术文档，规范工艺开发流程；

4. 配合生产、研发部门，推动新工艺的落地实施和推广应用。

岗位职责

1. 本科及以上学历，材料、化工、机械制造等相关专业；

2. 具备独立开展工艺试验和开发的能力；

3. 具备较强的创新思维、数据分析能力和问题解决能力；

4. 熟悉工艺开发流程；

5. 熟练使用 CAD、3D 等设计软件。
