Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree

  • Preferred background in Mechanical Manufacturing, CNC Technology, Mold Design, or Mechatronics

  • 3–5 years of CNC programming and machine operation experience

  • Able to handle complex parts or mold programming

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in FANUC and Siemens CNC control systems

  • Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code

  • Capable of both manual and automated programming

  • Proficient in UG (NX)

  • Knowledge of SolidWorks, Pro/E, or CATIA is an added advantage

  • Able to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings including GD&T

  • Experienced in developing machining processes and workflows

  • Skilled in tool selection and setting cutting parameters (speed, feed rate, depth of cut) for materials such as aluminum, steel, copper, and carbon fiber

  • Capable of toolpath optimization, simulation, collision avoidance, and maintaining high precision (±0.01 mm preferred)

  • Experienced in first article trials, machine setup, and troubleshooting

  • Able to operate machining centers and milling machines

  • Knowledge of fixture/jig design, setup, and adjustment

Soft Skills & Attributes

  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Good awareness of quality, cost control, and efficiency
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to shift/night work
  • Willing to continuously learn new software and machining technologies

Added Advantages

  • Experience in SMT fixture manufacturing
  • Familiar with carbon fiber and fiberglass machining
  • Experience in multi-axis machining (4-axis or 5-axis) and mill-turn programming
