About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated GenAI Developer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered chatbot solutions and agentic workflow automations within our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using AWS AI services, open-source GenAI tools, and modern application development practices. Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

AI Application Development

• Develop and implement GenAI-driven chatbots, AI assistants, and automation agents using AWS Bedrock, Amazon Q Business, Amazon QuickSuite, and related AI services.
• Build agentic workflow automation for business processes, operations, and IT services.

Workflow Automation & Integration

• Design end-to-end automation using AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and SQS.
• Build custom integrations with internal systems, APIs, and enterprise applications.

AI Models & Frameworks

• Perform prompt engineering, model evaluation, and optimization for foundation models.
• Implement knowledge-grounded pipelines such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Software Engineering & Deployment

• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Use CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps Pipeline, AWS CodePipeline) to automate deployments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into AI solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering, cloud, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Experience building chatbots, AI agents, or automation workflows.
• Familiarity with AWS AI/ML services such as:
  • Amazon Bedrock
  • Amazon Q Business
  • Amazon QuickSuite
  • AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, SQS
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and cloud-native architectures.

Open‑Source Tools (Transferrable skills)

• AI Workflow Automation: Experience with n8n, a popular open-source workflow automation platform supporting node-based workflows and AI integration. 
• Chatbot Development: Experience with Rasa, a leading open-source conversational AI framework for building contextual chatbots.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and within an agile team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing company or with shop-floor/operations systems.
• Familiarity with MES, ERP, QMS, or supply chain workflows.
• Experience with vector databases, LLMOps tools, or data preprocessing pipelines.
