Job Summary
Under close supervision, provides centralized human resource services spanning payroll, benefits and other transactions. Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes. Establishes standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions and administration of human resource programs. Coordinates services with the human resource information systems, human resource program managers and technology specialists.

Responsibilities
Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee information in HRIS databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records. Aid in benefits administration tasks such as enrolling employees in benefit plans, processing changes to benefits coverage, and responding to employee inquiries about benefits options. Assist with payroll processing tasks and addressing basic payroll-related inquiries. HR Assist with maintaining HR files and records, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with recordkeeping requirements. Assist with coordination of training sessions and development programs for employees, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and maintaining training records. Take advantage of opportunities for learning and development to enhance knowledge and skills in HR practices, procedures, and technologies
Skills / Ability Generic (High Level)
Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written, to interact with employees, managers, and other HR team members. Ability to provide prompt, courteous, and helpful assistance to employees with HR-related inquiries and issues. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail when performing data entry, maintaining records, and ensuring accuracy in HR documentation and transactions. Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Basic problem-solving skills to address routine HR issues and escalate complex problems to senior HR staff as needed. Fundamental understanding of HR concepts, such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Basic analytical skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and generate insights to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives
