Talent Acquisition Intern – Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, employer branding, and HR coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and attending campus recruitment and employer branding events
• Create and publish engaging content—stories, photos, and newsletters—for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) related to campus and hiring events
• Support the planning and execution of “Wevideo” video projects for internal business functions, including video shooting and editing
• Coordinate and support new hire onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new employees
• Screen profiles, schedule interviews and assist in welcoming candidates for on-site interviews
• Maintain and organize new hire documentation and personnel files (P-files)
• Handle ad hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by the Talent Acquisition team

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Employer Branding
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic video editing tools is a plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
