JOB SUMMARY
Supports internal and selected external communications across Europe & Middle East (EME) and global Supply Chain functions. Working closely with Enterprise Marketing & Communications and regional and functional stakeholders, this role plans, develops and delivers communications that drive employee engagement, business priorities and organizational change.
The ideal candidate is a qualified, detail-oriented communications professional who is organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to work with minimal direction.
This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be required to work from a Jabil site or office 2–3 days per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate and execute regional and functional communications campaigns and initiatives, including communication planning, content development, stakeholder engagement, approvals, production schedules and event support
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of internal communications initiatives, including translation management, approvals, publishing and production schedules.
- Write and edit content for various internal and external communications initiatives, including, but not limited to announcements, intranet stories, leadership messages, newsletters, presentations, scripts, FAQs, and talking points. Tailor messaging for different audiences and communication channels while ensuring consistency with business objectives.
- Ensure communications align with Jabil's brand standards, editorial guidelines and communication best practices, maintaining consistency in tone, clarity and audience relevance.
- Contribute content across enterprise communication channels including email, intranet, digital signage and collaboration platforms, ensuring content is timely, accurate and optimized for audience engagement.
- Manage internal distribution lists, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Measure communication effectiveness using surveys, analytics and engagement metrics, recommending improvements to communication channels, processes and employee experience.
- Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to understand business priorities, provide communications guidance and support multiple concurrent projects from planning through execution
Additional Responsibilities
- Support executive and leadership communications, including presentations, speeches, town halls and key messaging.
- Support organizational change and culture initiatives as assigned.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years' experience in internal and/or external communications, corporate communications, employee engagement or a related field.
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, editing and proofreading, including mastery of AP Style.
- Strong ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise messages.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand communication objectives and recommend appropriate communication approaches.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse global teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience using enterprise communications platforms, CMS and email tools, with an understanding of audience engagement best practices.
- Experience measuring communication effectiveness using surveys and analytics.
- Experience creating visual communications using platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and content development tools while applying sound editorial judgement and maintaining confidentiality.
