Job Summary**

Jabil, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals for various roles within our 2026 talent acquisition program, "FERIA JABIL 2026." This program offers an exceptional opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to a global manufacturing solutions provider.

Job Responsibilities**

Responsibilities will vary depending on the specific role and department within the FERIA JABIL 2026 program. However, common responsibilities may include: collaborating with cross-functional teams; assisting in the design, development, or production of electronic components and systems; supporting supply chain operations and logistics; contributing to quality assurance processes; participating in project management activities; conducting research and analysis to support business objectives; maintaining accurate documentation and reports; learning and applying company policies and procedures; and actively engaging in professional development opportunities. Specific duties will be outlined upon successful placement into a departmental assignment.

Job Qualifications**

Candidates for FERIA JABIL 2026 are typically pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Software), Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with diverse individuals. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is generally required. Experience with relevant software or tools specific to the area of study (e.g., CAD software, programming languages, ERP systems) is a plus. A willingness to adapt to new challenges and embrace continuous improvement initiatives is highly valued.
