Job Summary: The Electrical Assembler III performs complex electrical and electromechanical integration for large-scale systems used in data center applications. Working from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, bills of materials, and general build requirements, this role determines the appropriate sequence and methods needed to complete advanced system-level assemblies with limited detailed instruction or direction. The Electrical Assembler typically works within a team of 2–4 technicians to integrate control panels, power distribution components, motors, pumps, sensors, wiring harnesses, and other electrical devices into large form-factor equipment. This role performs advanced troubleshooting, testing, rework, and assembly verification to ensure completed systems meet safety, quality, engineering, and customer specifications. Duties and Responsibilities: • Assemble, wire, route, terminate, and integrate complex electrical and electromechanical systems according to engineering specifications and customer requirements. • Work within teams of 2-4 technicians to complete large-scale equipment builds and electrical integrations. • Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and engineering documentation with limited direction. • Install and connect control panels, motors, sensors, switches, relays, terminal blocks, power distribution components, and associated wiring. • Perform electrical testing, continuity verification, troubleshooting, and rework activities as required. • Identify and resolve assembly, wiring, and integration issues while maintaining quality and workmanship standards. • Support prototype, pilot, and new product introduction (NPI) builds as required. • Maintain accurate production, testing, and material traceability records. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, torque tools, crimping equipment, and electrical test equipment safely and effectively. • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Adhere to all company safety, quality, and security requirements. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Minimum five (5) years of experience in electrical assembly, control panel wiring, industrial electrical systems, HVAC controls, electromechanical assembly, or a related field required. • Experience performing complex electrical integrations and system-level assemblies required. • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical documentation. • Experience with electrical testing equipment, wire termination, cable routing, crimping, and troubleshooting. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with limited direction. • Basic computer skills and ability to work within manufacturing systems and software. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for up to 10–12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. • Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation; mechanical lifting devices and team lifts may be utilized as needed.
