IT Associate (m/f/d) 100%

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure the management of all user IT requests and incidents in the existing ticket management tool.
• Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support for company IT hardware (computers and peripherals) as well as software under the responsibility of the IT department.
• Install and configure standard applications and collaborate with vendors for specific applications in production areas.
• Work with other IT professionals (including remote teams) to maintain uninterrupted IT service.
• Participate regularly in training sessions to stay aligned with current requirements.
• Manage IT inventory (hardware and software).
• Update and share knowledge documentation.
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.
• Participate in IT projects and support other departments with their projects.

Your Profile:

• Completed IT training (EFZ or equivalent level), ideally with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using Windows-based computers and Microsoft products in general, especially Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Good understanding of Windows Server and network environments.
• Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
