工艺工程师

1.工艺流程设计与优化：负责新产品导入的工艺方案设计，制定工艺流程图相关标准与要求等。分析和优化现有生产工艺，解决生产瓶颈，提升生产效率和产品直通率。

2.工装夹具设计与开发：根据生产需要，设计或提出工装、夹具、治具的需求，并参与验收和改进，以提高生产自动化程度和操作一致性。

3.生产问题解决：快速响应并解决生产现场出现的各类技术问题（如质量缺陷、设备异常等），进行根本原因分析并实施纠正与预防措施。

4.质量控制与标准制定：制定工艺质量控制点和检验标准，确保生产过程符合质量体系要求。运用统计过程控制等工具，监控工艺稳定性。

5.成本控制： 通过工艺改进，降低物料损耗、提高设备利用率、优化人力配置，实现降本增效。

6. 技术文档编写：编写和维护各类工艺文件，如工艺卡、PFMEA、BOM等，确保文件的准确性和有效性。

7. 新设备、新技术的引进：参与新生产设备的选型、调试和验收，并负责相关操作人员和维护人员的培训。

8.具体数字化思维与能力，利用数字化手段与工具，实现工艺的优化及对相关数据进行挖掘并应用从而产生价植。

要求

1. 英语六级，具备良好的英文文档阅读与沟通能力，口语流利优先。

2.熟悉CAD/CAE制图软件，熟练使用至少一种：AutoCAD, SolidWorks, UG/NX, CATIA, Pro/E。

3.扎实的工程理论知识，有一定的自动化编程基础及工艺仿真与分析能力。

 4.沟通能力强，能够主动与工作的合伙人进行沟通，达成工作的目标。

5.良好的抗压能力，具有持续学习能力及创新意识。

6. 机械、电子、自动化、工业工程、物理、电气工程相关专业，本科以上学历。
