岗位职责：

• 分析、维护和执行物料需求计划（MRP）。持续监控和验证物料管道，以确保其符合MRP要求。识别并妥善处理物料供应问题。
• 通过MRP的执行，按时交货，协调物料从接收到生产的流动，确保物料的可用性，以支持生产。
• 根据商品经理和采购员协商并同意的价格、条款和条件发出采购订单。确保供应商遵守既定协议。
• 优化订单管理流程，确保与供应商的有效沟通。
• 维护主数据和采购计划参数的完整性，以最大限度地减少物料负债，并平衡采购成本和库存投资水平。
• 监控并持续改进供应商的交货和质量表现。利用纠正措施工具和其他资源，处理和解决反复出现的或关键的问题。
• 协助应付账款解决发票不符问题。
• 监控、跟踪并反馈供应商在交货、质量和服务方面的表现。
• 降本增效、数字化、未来工厂等项目的参与。
• 可完成分配的其他职责。
