WORK MODEL

Hybrid work model: first month fully office-based (Wrocław), followed by a gradual transition to hybrid; after onboarding – 2 days remote / 3 days in the office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and validate electronic enclosure and chassis designs.
  • Support mechanical layout design (including PCB integration) using 3D CAD tools.
  • Contribute to design of server/storage/networking systems with limited supervision.
  • Collaborate with system architects to translate requirements into design specifications.
  • Build and test prototypes to ensure fit, form and functionality.
  • Cooperate with external suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Communicate technical topics clearly and incorporate feedback into designs.
  • Support development of thermal solutions and heat management concepts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical design or related area.
  • Good understanding of mechanical design principles (e.g. DFM, DFA, tolerance analysis).
  • Experience with 3D CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks, Creo).
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical calculations.
  • Experience with common manufacturing processes (e.g. sheet metal, plastics, machining).
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional and global environment.
  • Good communication skills in English.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in thermal management of electronic systems (air and/or liquid cooling).
  • Knowledge of heat exchangers, cold plates, and basic fluid dynamics.
  • Exposure to thermal or CFD simulations and interpretation of results.

OTHER

  • Occasional travel (up to 10%).
