Job Summary:

The Compensation GPO Analytics role is responsible for supporting the Global Process Owner (GPO) for Compensation by providing data-driven insights, analysis, and reporting to optimize compensation strategies and ensure global consistency and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

**Data Analysis & Reporting:**

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data, including salary structures, bonus programs, equity plans, and benefits, to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compensation reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, including HR leadership, GPO, and senior management.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
  • Support the annual compensation review process by providing data analysis, modeling, and recommendations.

**Compensation Program Support:**

  • Assist the Compensation GPO in the design, development, and implementation of global compensation policies, programs, and processes.
  • Conduct market research and benchmark analysis to ensure Jabil's compensation practices remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Support the evaluation of compensation effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure consistent application of compensation programs.

**System & Process Improvement:**

  • * Identify opportunities to streamline and improve compensation data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • * Work with HRIS teams to ensure data integrity and optimize system utilization for compensation management.
  • * Develop and maintain documentation for compensation processes and procedures.
  • * **Compliance & Governance:**
  • * Ensure compliance with local, national, and international compensation regulations and Jabil's internal policies.
  • * Support internal and external audits related to compensation data and practices.

Job Qualifications:

*Education:* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
**Experience:**
* 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, HR analytics, or a related data-focused role, preferably within a large, global organization.
* Proven experience working with large datasets and complex analytical tools.
* Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is required.
**Skills:**
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
* Power BI is required
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
* Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
* Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage.
