Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Recruiter to drive and manage full-lifecycle recruiting for various roles. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates and ensure a seamless hiring process.

Job Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to offer acceptance, for a diverse range of technical and professional positions.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and future staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and create compelling job descriptions.
* Proactively source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry events, professional networks, and internal databases.
* Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
* Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a positive impression of Jabil.
* Negotiate complex offers, ensuring alignment with company compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.
* Utilize and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track progress, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
* Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing training and support on best practices and recruitment techniques.
* Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continually enhance recruitment processes.
* Participate in and lead special projects related to talent acquisition, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of progressive experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior recruiting role, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.
* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates for a variety of roles, including technical, engineering, and corporate functions.
* Expertise in various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other professional networks.
* Strong understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday experience preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
