Job Summary

The Operations Manager, Liquid Cooling & Rack Integration will lead and optimize manufacturing operations for liquid cooling systems and integrated rack solutions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery within Jabil. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, managing production teams, and upholding rigorous quality standards in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Job Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage the end-to-end production processes for liquid cooling modules and server rack integration, from material receipt to final product shipment.
* Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production supervisors, engineers, and manufacturing personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with all internal quality standards, customer specifications, and relevant industry regulations (e.g., ISO, UL).
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to optimize product design, material flow, and customer satisfaction.
* Manage production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation to meet demand forecasts and customer delivery commitments.
* Implement and champion Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to drive waste reduction and process optimization.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, yield, on-time delivery, and cost per unit, developing action plans for improvement.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks in the production process, including equipment failures, material shortages, and quality deviations.
* Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.
* Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or a related technical discipline. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
* Demonstrated experience with liquid cooling technologies, data center infrastructure, Optical Fiber, or complex electro-mechanical assembly operations.
* Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools. Certification is a plus.
* Proven track record of managing large production teams and driving operational excellence in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant industry standards.
