Job Summary

The Test Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Jabil's products and software through meticulous testing and defect identification.

Job Responsibilities

* Execute test cases and scripts for various software applications and hardware components.
* Identify, document, and track software defects and anomalies using established bug tracking systems.
* Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design effective test strategies.
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test data.
* Perform regression testing, functional testing, integration testing, and performance testing as required.
* Report test results and progress to project stakeholders.
* Participate in review meetings to discuss test outcomes and provide input on product quality.
* Learn and apply new testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.

Job Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies.
* Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
* Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) or scripting is an advantage.
* Experience with automated testing tools is a plus but not required.
