YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive financial insights by analyzing performance metrics, investment returns, working capital, and cost structures to support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead forecasting and trend analysis across sales, finance, and broader business conditions to guide forward‑looking planning.
• Deliver high‑impact reporting through financial statements, journal entry preparation, SOX‑compliant documentation, and clear recommendations that strengthen the company’s financial position.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to produce special analyses, support audits, and provide timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure operational excellence by adhering to financial policies, safety and security standards, and taking on additional responsibilities that contribute to continuous improvement.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bsc. Degree in Finance or min of 3 years of working experience in a similar role
• Strong communicator  with an analytical mindset
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with SAP is a plus.
• Comfortable working with basic numerical concepts such as rates, ratios, percentages, and graphs.
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Business‑level fluency in English and German is required.
