The Paint Technician performs operations to prepare products for painting in accordance with customer specifications and internal procedures.

Mô tả công việc / Job Responsibilities:

Work in the paint mixing room and spraying room, must wear appropriate PPE.
Làm việc tại phòng pha sơn và phòng phun sơn, phải mặc đầy đủ trang bị bảo hộ cá nhân (PPE).

Independently complete product appearance testing according to customer requirements.
Hoàn thành kiểm tra ngoại quan sản phẩm theo yêu cầu khách hàng một cách độc lập.

Analyze, troubleshoot and improve sudden abnormalities.
Phân tích, khắc phục và cải thiện các bất thường đột xuất.

Manage on-site production.
Quản lý sản xuất tại hiện trường.

Control the production process.
Kiểm soát quá trình sản xuất.

Ensure efficient production and quality control.
Đảm bảo sản xuất hiệu quả và kiểm soát chất lượng.

Implement lean production and communicate across departments.
Triển khai sản xuất tinh gọn và phối hợp liên phòng ban.

Handle and report abnormalities.
Xử lý và báo cáo các bất thường.

Yêu cầu công việc / Job Requirements:

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of spraying and equipment maintenance experience.

Kinh nghiệm làm việc: Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm phun sơn và bảo trì thiết bị.

Skills: Proficient in automatic line spraying technology, able to independently adjust guns.
Kỹ năng: Thành thạo công nghệ phun trên dây chuyền tự động, có thể tự điều chỉnh súng phun.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of paints and coatings.
Kiến thức: Hiểu biết cơ bản về sơn và lớp phủ.

Education: Technical secondary school or above.
Trình độ học vấn: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên.

Competency: Meticulous work, good communication skills, able to work night shifts; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Năng lực: Làm việc tỉ mỉ, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có thể làm ca đêm; biết tiếng Trung là một lợi thế.

Language: Certain Mandarin communication skills are preferred
Ngôn ngữ: Ưu tiên có khả năng giao tiếp cơ bản bằng tiếng Trung.
