Set up and adjust CNC machines to resolve product quality issues Responsible for recording forms and conducting periodic inspections Implement 5S practices in the work area

Perform daily maintenance, servicing, and inspection of machinery Inspect product dimensions and appearance; conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and submit samples during production Inspect production lines and regularly evaluate product dimensions and appearance Set up fixtures before production, adjust machines, and input & record production parameters Handle quality issues (e.g., tool replacement, machine adjustment, etc.) Record actual tool life data Train machine operators Report abnormal incidents and equipment issues

Basic knowledge of plastic secondary processing and familiarity with CNC machine operating systems Ability to clean, maintain equipment, and troubleshoot issues Skills in measurement and dimensional analysis Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic manual CNC programming Basic knowledge of automated robot adjustment At least 1 year of relevant experience Diploma or above (major in CNC machining, mechanical engineering, or automation is preferred)
