職位概述 (Job Summary)

Jabil, Inc. 現正招聘模具技術員，負責模具的鉗工、組配及焊補工作，以確保生產流程順暢及產品品質。

工作職責 (Job Responsibilities)

* 根據工程圖紙和技術規範，進行精密模具的組裝、調試和維護。
* 負責模具的日常檢查、保養和故障排除，以確保模具處於最佳運作狀態。
* 執行模具零件的鉗工加工，包括修整、打磨、鑽孔等，達到尺寸精度要求。
* 熟練運用焊補技術，對模具損傷部位進行精準修復，恢復模具功能。
* 分析模具生產中的問題，提出改善方案並協助實施。
* 配合生產部門，提供模具技術支援，解決生產過程中的模具相關問題。
* 遵守安全操作規程，確保工作環境安全。
* 完成主管交辦的其他相關任務。

職位要求 (Job Qualifications)

* 具備模具製造或維修相關經驗，尤其在鉗工、組配或焊補方面有實務經驗者優先。
* 熟悉各類模具結構及工作原理，能獨立判讀工程圖紙。
* 精通模具鉗工、組配及焊補技術，有豐富的實操經驗。
* 具備基本金屬材料知識及熱處理知識。
* 具備良好的問題分析與解決能力。
* 工作認真負責，細心嚴謹，具有團隊合作精神。
* 高中或技職學校機械相關專業畢業，或同等學歷。
* 能適應輪班工作者優先考慮。
