職位概要：**

負責模具的鉗工、組裝及焊補工作，確保模具的精準度、功能性和耐用性，以支援生產需求。

職責：**

* 依據設計圖和技術要求，進行模具零件的精密加工、組裝、校準和調試。
* 負責模具的缺陷檢查、損壞評估及焊補修復，以維持模具的最佳性能。
* 操作各種鉗工、焊接工具和量測儀器，確保工作符合品質標準。
* 執行模具的日常維護和保養，記錄維護細節，並提出改進建議。
* 與設計、生產部門緊密合作，解決模具相關技術問題，提升生產效率。
* 遵守Jabil的安全操作規程和品質管理體系。

資格：**

* 具備模具鉗工、組裝或焊補相關經驗，熟悉各類模具結構和加工工藝。
* 掌握精密測量儀器的使用，能獨立完成模具的檢測和校準。
* 具備氬弧焊、電焊等焊接技能，能處理不同材質的模具修復。
* 能讀懂機械圖紙和技術規範。
* 具備良好的團隊合作精神和溝通能力。
* 高中或中等職業學校畢業，機械相關專業者優先。
* 能適應輪班工作。
