RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Tự vận hành máy cắt dây chậm để hoàn thành các công việc sản xuất hàng ngày theo kế hoạch sản xuất.

2. Thực hiện bảo trì và hiệu chuẩn máy hàng ngày, đồng thời giữ cho máy móc và khu vực xung quanh sạch sẽ theo tiêu chuẩn 5S.

3. Điền báo cáo gia công máy và các dữ liệu liên quan trên máy tính hàng ngày.

4. Thực hiện đúng quy trình an toàn và các bước gia công theo yêu cầu.

5. Có thể nhận biết đồ gá và khuôn từ bản vẽ 2D/3D, kết hợp với chi tiết thực tế, hiểu và kiểm soát độ chính xác của việc gia công máy.

1. Independently operate wire-cut slow wire machines to complete daily production tasks according to the production schedule.

2. Perform daily machine maintenance and calibration, and maintain the machines and surrounding area according to 5S standards.

3. Fill in machine processing reports and related data on the computer daily.

4. Correctly follow safety operation procedures and process according to machining requirements.

5. Be able to identify jigs and molds from 2D/3D drawings and, in conjunction with actual workpieces, understand and control machine processing accuracy.、

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

1. Ưu tiên các ngành cơ khí CNC và các ngành liên quan.
2. Ưu tiên có hơn 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong cắt dây và gia công EDM dây chậm (cả người tập nghề cũng được).
3. Quen với công nghệ gia công cắt dây; có kinh nghiệm gia công khuôn nhựa là một lợi thế.
4. Thành thạo sử dụng máy tính, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, năng động, sẵn sàng làm thêm giờ và thích nghi với lịch làm việc hai hoặc ba ca.

2. More than 2 years of experience in wire cutting and slow wire EDM processing is preferred (apprentices are also acceptable).
3. Familiar with wire cutting processing technology; experience in plastic mold processing is preferred.
4. Proficient in using a calculator, strong sense of responsibility, motivated, able to work overtime and adapt to two- or three-shift schedules.
5. Able to comply with all company rules and regulations and follow the supervisor's arrangements.
