What You’ll Do
As a Molding Line Leader, you’ll help guide and motivate a team of production operators to ensure the line runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You’ll support the Manufacturing Supervisor, keep production on track, and help your team meet quality, output, and productivity goals.
