Operater u proizvodnji

Operater u proizvodnji odgovoran je za rukovanje proizvodnom opremom, kontrolu kvalitete proizvoda i osiguravanje nesmetanog proizvodnog procesa uz poštivanje sigurnosnih i kvalitativnih standarda. Poznavanje engleskog jezika potrebno je za razumijevanje radnih uputa i proizvodne dokumentacije.

Odgovornosti:

• Upravljanje automatiziranom proizvodnom opremom i strojevima za injekcijsko prešanje

• Opskrba proizvodnih linija materijalom

• Provođenje vizualnih i osnovnih kontrola kvalitete

• Pakiranje proizvoda i vođenje proizvodne dokumentacije

• Prijavljivanje i odvajanje neispravnih proizvoda

• Održavanje čistog i sigurnog radnog okruženja

• Poštivanje GMP, EHS, kvalitativnih i sigurnosnih procedura

• Suradnja s timom i podrška aktivnostima kontinuiranog poboljšanja

Uvjeti:

• Dobro znanje engleskog jezika

• Završena srednja škola

• Iskustvo u proizvodnji je prednost

• Pažnja prema detaljima i dobra manualna spretnost

• Osnovno poznavanje rada na računalu je prednost

• Spremnost na rad u smjenama, uključujući noćne smjene i vikende

• Sposobnost dugotrajnog stajanja i lakšeg fizičkog rada

Now Hiring:

Production Operator

The Production Operator is responsible for operating production equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations while maintaining safety and quality standards. Knowledge of English is required to follow work instructions and production documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate automated production equipment and injection molding machines

• Supply production lines with raw materials

• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks

• Pack finished products and maintain production documentation

• Identify and segregate non-conforming products

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Comply with GMP, EHS, quality, and safety procedures

• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Good command of the English language

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity

• Basic computer skills are an advantage

• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends
