Job Summary**

The Business Project Jr. Engineer I at Jabil, Inc. supports project teams in the execution and delivery of business projects, focusing on process improvement, data analysis, and system implementation within a manufacturing environment. This role contributes to project success by assisting with various tasks under direct supervision.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned project tasks and deliverables.
* Collect, organize, and analyze data to support project decisions and identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.
* Support the implementation and testing of new systems, processes, or tools.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and facilitate communication.
* Participate in meetings, take notes, and track action items.
* Identify and escalate potential issues or roadblocks to senior project team members.
* Learn and apply project management methodologies and best practices.
* Perform other duties as assigned to support project objectives.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Systems), Business Administration, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in a project-related role, internships, or co-op experience preferred.
* Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment is a plus.
