Job Summary:**

The SOSA Sr. Assistant I at Jabil, Inc. provides crucial administrative and operational support to the SOSA (Supply Chain Operations and Strategic Sourcing) team, ensuring efficient workflow and departmental effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Assist with data entry, report generation, and maintenance of various supply chain databases and systems.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Manage and organize departmental documents, presentations, and correspondence, both physical and electronic.
* Support the team in preparing for audits, reviews, and presentations by compiling necessary information and documentation.
* Process expense reports, purchase requisitions, and other financial documentation in accordance with company policies.
* Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to facilitate communication and information exchange.
* Assist with onboarding new team members, including setting up workstations and providing initial administrative guidance.
* Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
* 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
* Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive and resourceful with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
