JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for serving as the operational planning and execution support interface for commissioning activities within the Tetris account, providing remote support to the Memphis, Tennessee site, with occasional on-site visits, and ensuring visibility of scheduling, material readiness, and execution tracking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in all commissioning coordination and observation calls to ensure alignment between planning, operations, and site execution activities
  • Provide timely scheduling updates to support visibility of commissioning activities and milestones
  • Maintain and update failure logs and Procore tracking tools to ensure accurate status reporting and issue management
  • Review material availability to support execution readiness and prevent delays in commissioning activities
  • Support the development and maintenance of a feasible execution plan aligned to site commissioning requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of commissioning activities and timely escalation of risks or constraints
  • Support additional commissioning-related activities as required to ensure operational continuity and adherence to schedule

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong understanding of planning coordination, scheduling, and execution support in operational environments.
  • Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP is preferred) and tracking tools.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to participate in cross-functional and customer-facing coordination calls.
  • Ability to interpret operational schedules, status reports, and execution constraints.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to support resolution of planning and execution gaps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, macros, data management, and analysis.
  • Valid Passport and U.S. visa highly desirable.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reports to Management & Planning Supervisor.
  • Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees.

SHIFT DESCRIPTION

  • Hybrid work arrangement (Jabil Dominican Republic office and remote/home office flexibility).
  • Standard work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Dominican Republic time) / 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM CST
