• 大专及以上，机械设计/自动化/材料成型/机电一体化等相关专业

二、核心工作经验（硬性）

• 主流：2–5年SMT治具设计经验

• 必备：能独立设计印刷治具、过炉载具

• 加分：波峰焊、分板、AOI、测试、点焊、气动治具设计经验

• 资深岗：5–10年，可带团队、做DFM、对接客户

三、软件技能（必备）

• 2D：AutoCAD（必选）

• 3D：SolidWorks（必选）、Pro/E/Creo、CATIA 、UG（必选）

四、专业知识（核心）

• 熟悉SMT全流程：印刷→贴片→回流焊→波峰焊→测试→分板

• 掌握治具类型与原理：载具、定位、压紧、防呆、避焊设计

• 了解PCB/PCBA结构、材料特性（玻纤、铝、电木、合成石等）

• 懂机械加工工艺：CNC、铣、磨、表面处理（阳极、喷塑等）

• 能做DFM分析、公差设计、成本控制

• 熟悉行业标准：IPC、厂内制程规范

五、能力与素质

• 独立完成：方案→建模→出图→BOM→发包→验收→异常处理

• 问题解决：分析虚焊、连锡、偏移、变形等，提出改善

• 沟通协作：对接生产、品质、客户、供应商

• 文档规范：图纸、SOP、FACA、DFM报告标准化

• 抗压与加班：适应产线节奏、项目赶工
