JOB SUMMARY

With years experience to lead the innovative mold manufacturing capability to exceed customer's requirement. Provide necessary tech instruction to achieve mold tech system efficiency which leads the peer industry.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·         Plan and establish tech standard of mold manufacturing.
·         Responsible for mold design tech, process development& improvement. Establish the idealist mold design process to shorten developing period.
·         Practical implementation in new mold design tech development to ensure the developing projects hit the target.
·         Support fixture development and improvement.
·         Support the analysis, development and improvement of clamping fixture for Auto Measuring System.
·         Establish and monitor the development of Mold manufacturing system to enhance mold quality.
·         Support the development and improvement of Mold Automation.
·         Practical implementation in new mold design tech development to ensure the developing projects hit the target.
·         Monitor the progress and training result of manufacturing system.
·         Check and confirm the soundness of mold manufacturing system operation manual.
·         Plan and implement new mold design system development. Apply developing resources outside of the company, analyze and establish mold design guidelines to achieve dept. target for new tech development.
·         Support mold project progress and deploy the result to oversea sites.
·         May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
·         Be proficient in mold manufacturing process.
·         Be capable of reading mold mechanical drawing.
·         Be proficient in mold fixture design.
·         Be familiar with one of CAD/CAM software designated.
