Job Summary
The EIT-Production Line Coordinator at Jabil Circuit (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. is responsible for supporting the efficient operation and coordination of production line activities, ensuring the timely and quality output of products, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and scheduling of production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
* Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues on the line.
* Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, quality, and materials, to resolve production-related problems.
* Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement projects.
* Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
* Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations on the production line.
* Assist in the training and guidance of production operators on new processes or equipment.
* Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
* Participate in problem-solving activities and root cause analysis for production deviations.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and concerns.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
* Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic global company.
* English (written and spoken) is highly preferred.
