Job Summary:**

The Test Engineering Technician I at Jabil Circuit (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. will support the test engineering team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of test processes for electronic products. This role involves basic troubleshooting, equipment calibration, and data collection to ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Perform basic functional testing and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies and components according to established procedures.
* Assist in the setup, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment and fixtures.
* Collect and record test data accurately, escalating issues to senior technicians or engineers as needed.
* Support the implementation of new test processes and equipment under supervision.
* Conduct routine preventive maintenance on test equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Adhere to all safety guidelines and cleanroom protocols.
* Communicate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical certificate or associate's degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
* 0-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or test environment, preferably with electronic products.
* Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits.
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and work instructions.
* Proficiency in using basic test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes) is a plus.
* Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Good communication skills
