一、学历与专业（通用）
• 大学学历（专科或本科）
• 优先：机械制造、数控技术、模具设计、机电一体化

二、工作经验（按岗位）
• 3–5年CNC编程/操机经验，能做复杂零件/模具编程

三、核心技能
1. 数控系统
• 精通FANUC、西门子系统
• 熟练G代码、M代码，会手工编程+自动编程
2. CAD/CAM软件（至少1种精通）
• 主流：UG(NX）精通
• 加分：SolidWorks、Pro/E、CATIA

3. 工艺与加工能力
• 看懂2D/3D图纸、形位公差，做工艺方案
• 选刀、定切削参数（转速/进给/切深），适配铝、钢、铜、碳纤等
• 优化刀路、模拟、防碰撞、控精度（±0.01mm级优先）
• 首件试切、调机、现场排错
4. 设备与协作
• 会操作加工中心/铣床，懂工装夹具设计/调试

四、职业素养
• 责任心、细心、质量/成本/效率意识
• 能沟通、团队协作、抗压、接受倒班/夜班
• 持续学习新软件、新工艺

五、加分项

• 熟悉SMT治具、碳纤/玻纤板加工（你的行业）

• 多轴（4/5轴）、车铣复合编程经验
