SUMMARY
Manage projects and processes supporting Jabil’s strategic business development activities. The scope of this position includes managing all phases of idea generation and market research, including methodology, data selection, collection, documentation and recommendations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

·         Collaborate with strategic development team to generate new ideas that could result in new business for Jabil.
·         Provide strategic development team and other business areas with relevant research to support objectives.
·         Recommend research projects to internal customers that respond to their strategic business needs.
·         Design and document research methodology and conduct all phases of internal, primary research projects.
·         Analyze data, develop key insights and create tailored presentations providing actionable results.
·         Provide direction on design and development activities to improve, modify or design new processes and/or procedures.
·         Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
·         Ensure assigned projects are completed on time and within budget.
·         Develop project schedules and associated resource plans.
·         Research, develop, and implement department toolsets, procedures, and/or best practices; develop training plans to ensure tools are properly supported and deployed.
·         Analyze new components and development tools and provide guidance on their use.
·         Ensure all customer related action items are addressed in a timely manner.
·         Be willing to travel as needed to support company and/or customer requirements.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of eight years experience is required; or equivalent combination of education/workplace experience; knowledge of the EMS industry required.
