What You'll Do
As an HR Operations & Shared Services Specialist, you will play an important role in ensuring the accurate management of employee working time and absence records while providing support to employees and managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Time & Attendance processes for Jabil employees in Switzerland.
- Managing working time records, absence tracking, and related documentation within the ZEUS Time Management System.
- Administering vacation, sickness, and other leave requests in line with company policies and local regulations.
- Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers regarding
Time & Attendance questions and system support. - Collaborating closely with Payroll, IT and HR teams to ensure accurate data processing and seamless employee administration.
- Preparing reports and supporting audits and compliance activities.
- Supporting process improvements and contributing ideas that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
- Participating in HR systems initiatives and projects while learning from experienced team members.

What will help you succeed:
- Fluent German (spoken and written).
- Good command of English.
- Experience in HR, administration, customer service, payroll, or a similar area is an advantage.
- Previous experience with Time & Attendance processes or systems is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- A true proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Education & Experience
- University degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in HR or Time & Attendance is welcome
- Motivation to learn and continuously develop new skills.
