岗位职责

• 负责产品失效分析（FA）工作，包括客户退货、可靠性测试失效、生产异常及品质问题分析。
• 独立完成失效样品拆解、检测、验证及分析报告编写。
• 推动异常问题关闭，与研发、质量、制造、供应商等跨部门团队合作落实纠正预防措施（CAPA）。
• 建立和优化失效分析流程、测试方法及相关SOP。
• 负责可靠性测试失效件分析，包括寿命测试、跌落测试、环境测试等。

岗位要求

• 本科及以上学历；材料工程、机械工程、电子工程、物理学等相关专业优先。
• 3-5年以上失效分析（FA）、可靠性工程、品质工程相关工作经验；有消费电子、智能硬件、电子配件、结构件或金属产品行业经验优先。
• 熟悉机械结构件、弹簧、铰链、磁铁、表面处理等相关失效模式；熟悉手表或电子产品显示屏结构及Panel完整工作原理，精通像素驱动、背光原理、触控感应、电路导通、屏幕显示成像逻辑，了解Panel生产、切割、贴合、封装核心制程。
• 具备独立主导复杂失效案件分析经验。
