JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for HR data entry and maintenance of HR system activities associated with employee information, while maintaining a high level of data integrity for assigned sites.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Maintain accurate and timely entry of employee related transactions (job, personal, and benefit) into various HRIS tools including SAP HR and/or Employee Central.
·         Maintain Organizational Structure in SAP HR, keeping abreast of company-wide organizational changes.
·         Critically evaluate Employee Change Forms for accuracy and adherence to company policies and protocol. Work with local HR teams to resolve data integrity issues where appropriate.
·         Support the communication and interpretation of Jabil’s HR systems strategies, procedures & compliance requirements.
·         Maintain the confidentiality of all information.
·         Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
·         May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
·         Functional knowledge of HR business processes and master data structures and how they relate to and incorporate into HR related business systems.
·         Ability to identify and solve problems, as well as propose system and process improvements.
·         Experience in managing multiple large initiatives simultaneously.
·         Ability to effectively communicate to various audiences within managerial levels.
·         Ability to work in a team within a matrix management environment.
·         Proficiency in planning, time management and decision-making skills.
·         Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assignments, and have the latitude to adapt procedures, processes and techniques.
·         Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and e-mail skills required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
·         HS Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
·         Minimum of four (4) year work-related experience required in human resources (HR); Experience in HR information systems (HRIS preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
·         Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
·         Travel requirements: Domestic and/or International, up to 5%.
·         Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
