JOB SUMMARY

Primary task is to assist and support the Import Compliance Team with general international logistics processes and import / customs trade compliance requirements. The perspective candidate for this role must know how to read and understand shipping documents, calculate duties, and have excellent analytic and problem solving skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Work with site operations, business units, and other functional areas to address and ensure all import activities are effectively processed.
·    Ensure all inbound shipments are in compliance with all applicable import rules and regulations.
·    Proactively identify areas of compliance risk.
·    Maintain general record keeping requirements in compliance with Jabil corporate and applicable Customs import regulations.
