Jabil is seeking a strategic Sr. Contract Recruiter to support hiring in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. In this on-site role, you’ll partner with HR and hiring leaders to attract both professional and hourly technical talent, using data, sourcing strategy, and market insights to stay ahead of workforce needs.
This contract position is based on-site at our facility in Grantsville, UT.
What You’ll Do:
Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for technical and professional roles.
Use market data and competitive insights to identify and engage talent.
Build pipelines of passive candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience and effective selection process.
Anticipate workforce needs and support long-term talent planning.
What You Bring:
5-7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience; manufacturing or technical recruiting experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong expertise in sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and talent market mapping.
Solid understanding of behavioral interviewing and technical talent evaluation.
Ability to influence and partner with leaders using data-driven insights.
Highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable recruiting in competitive markets.
