JOB SUMMARY - Supplier Chain Technical Analyst

Responsible for the supplier qualification and purchasing part qualification electronic systems’ managing, supporting, testing and training within Jabil.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide support to all Supplier Qualification, SDE, SQE, GCM and other SCM groups on the supplier qualification and purchasing part qualification electronic systems.
• Initially analyze the qualification assessment responses from suppliers. Assign the risk review tasks to the stakeholders.
• Work as the system SME, support Jabil users and the suppliers to resolve the problems they meet in using the system.
• Work with the system technical team on the system development, enhancements and testing.
• Build the electronic system user guide and provide training to the users.
• Monitor the supplier qualification cases and part qualification cases’ status in the electronic system.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge on the supplier qualification and purchasing parts qualification.
• Experience of the electronic system development, testing and managing are preferred.
• Strong problem analysis and resolving skills.
• Good communication skills and cross functional team collaboration skills.
• Good English skills. No obstacle to communicate via email, call, or meeting.
• Advanced PC skills on Excel, PPT, etc.
• A self-starter with the ability to work intuitively and with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• A minimum of two (2 years) years’ experience. It may cover electronic system SME, SQE, QE, SDE, purchasing, etc.
