職位概述**

負責模具的拋光（打光）工藝，確保模具表面達到所需的光潔度和精度。

職責**

* 根據設計圖紙和工藝要求，進行模具的拋光（打光）作業。
* 熟練操作各種拋光（打光）設備和工具，包括但不限於研磨機、拋光機、砂紙、拋光膏等。
* 檢查拋光（打光）後的模具表面質量，確保符合生產標準和客戶要求。
* 識別並解決拋光（打光）過程中出現的問題，如划痕、毛刺、橘皮紋等。
* 執行日常設備維護和保養，確保設備正常運轉。
* 遵守安全操作規範和公司政策，確保工作環境的安全。
* 參與模具工藝改進和優化，提高生產效率和產品質量。
* 完成主管交辦的其他相關任務。

任職資格**

* 具備模具拋光（打光）相關工作經驗者優先。
* 熟悉各種模具材料特性及拋光（打光）工藝。
* 能夠識別並解決拋光（打光）過程中的常見問題。
* 具備良好的手眼協調能力和精細操作能力。
* 具備團隊合作精神和溝通能力。
* 能夠閱讀和理解技術圖紙。
* 具備基本的電腦操作能力。
* 高中或同等學歷以上。
