職位概述 (Job Summary)

Jabil, Inc. 正在尋找一位初級 PET 工程師 I，負責協助塑膠射出成型製程的支援、優化與故障排除，確保生產效率與產品品質符合標準。

主要職責 (Job Responsibilities)

* 協助資深工程師進行塑膠射出成型製程的設定、監控與調整。
* 執行日常製程參數檢查，並記錄相關數據。
* 參與新產品開發階段的模具試產與製程驗證。
* 協助分析製程問題，並提出初步的解決方案。
* 對生產線上的操作人員提供技術支援與培訓。
* 維護生產設備，確保其正常運作。
* 遵守所有安全規範與品質管理體系要求。
* 準備與更新製程文件、操作手冊和技術報告。

職位要求 (Job Qualifications)

* 具備高職或以上學歷，主修塑膠工程、材料科學、機械工程或相關領域。
* 歡迎應屆畢業生，具備相關實習經驗者優先考慮。
* 了解塑膠材料特性與射出成型基本原理。
* 具備基礎的故障排除能力與問題解決思維。
* 熟悉Microsoft Office套裝軟體（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）。
* 具備良好的溝通能力與團隊合作精神。
* 具備基本英文讀寫能力。
* 有射出成型機操作經驗或相關證照者尤佳。
