岗位职责

• 统筹液冷管路三维建模、装配干涉检查，组织团队按美标 / 欧标输出符合机加、焊接、装配要求的工程图纸（零件图、装配图、爆炸图）。
• 搭建图纸、BOM 版本管控体系，保障模型、图纸、物料数据一致可追溯；牵头制图标准化规范建设，持续优化出图流程。
• 团队管理：分配建模制图任务，带教下属工程师，组织图纸内审交叉校核，落实图纸质量管控，规避标注错误、干涉、版本混乱等问题。
• 分项项目管理：拆解项目制定排期与里程碑；管控 ECN 变更，识别进度、工艺、质量风险；组织图纸评审例会，跟踪待办闭环；节点交付预审、项目复盘沉淀经验。
• 对接工艺、生产、质量，闭环试制与量产图纸问题，支撑项目研发、试制、量产节点达成。

任职要求

• 本科及以上，机械、机电一体化等相关专业；5 年以上机械结构制图经验，2年及以上团队管理经验，有液冷相关经验优先。
• 熟练使用 UG/SolidWorks/CAD，精通三维建模、工程图标注，熟悉美标制图规范。
• 熟悉机加工、钣金、焊接、管路生产工艺，具备可制造性判断能力。
• 严谨细心，具备图纸质量敏感度，拥有任务排期、变更管理、风险识别、跨部门沟通及人员带教能力。
