主要职责**

* 协助工程师进行设备安装、调试、维护和故障排除。
* 执行日常设备检查和保养，记录设备运行状况。
* 根据操作手册和SOP（标准操作程序）执行设备操作。
* 识别并报告设备异常或潜在故障，协助解决技术问题。
* 协助优化生产流程，提高生产效率和产品质量。
* 参与技术培训，提升自身技能和专业知识。
* 遵守公司安全规定和操作流程，确保工作环境安全。

任职资格**

* 大专及以上学历，机械、电子、自动化或相关工程专业。
* 具备良好的机械或电子基础知识。
* 具备初步的设备维护和故障排除能力。
* 熟悉常用测量工具和设备。
* 能够阅读和理解技术图纸和操作手册。
* 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神。
* 责任心强，工作细致认真，能够承受一定工作压力。
* 英语读写能力良好者优先。
